OVERVIEW

This old Mill House in Cornwall has undergone a huge conversion and extension to become a luxurious five-bedroom home, protected by the failsafe Newton CDM System. Simon Williams purchased the 18th Century Water Mill in 2015 with a view to renovate, develop and extend the beautiful property, located in Blowinghouse just South of Perranporth, into his private residence.
