This project came with a challenging access issue meaning a long pump distance and lots of services in the floor AEROMIX was the perfect solution.

This was the perfect product, providing an ideal solution for the insulation for this project. Reducing

CO2 due to reduced carbon emissions within the product.

The installer who completed this project SELFBUILD CONTRACT FLOORS said

AEROMIX was poured as insulated ground baring slab, installed at 250mm deep achieving the required 0.11 u-value, this allowed the customer to clip the UFH pipes

directly to it before being topped with a 65mm C20 liquid screed

AEROMIX provided the ideal solution for the insulation on this project, compared to the normal concrete floor and other traditional methods, the speed of pumping the insulation coupled with the high thermal properties has contributed in saving the customer both time and money.
