External factors adversely impact many projects and never more so than this primary school redevelopment, delayed first by the discovery of Iron Age and Roman remains on the proposed site that necessitated a full investigation. Then Covid struck, causing global upheaval.

We worked with the contractor’s project team to produce a flexible schedule for the doors, which resulted in a smooth delivery of doorsets.

These boasted a variety of safety and performance features, in a mix of styles and sizes such as NFR, FD30 and FD30S, oversize doors, double swing doors, doors with/without vision panels and with/without acoustic properties of up to 35dB. Finger guards were supplied on some doors.
