OVERVIEW

Originally specified as a rivet fixing, the decision was made to change this to a powder coated self-drilling fastener, as this would eliminate the inherent problem of damage often caused by riveters denting or scratching the panels. This was particularly important on this contract as the panels are all face fixed, and therefore on constant display. Fixfast were also able to match to the special NCS colour, adding this to the already vast array of colours available.
