Harrow One, Harrow

Harrow One is a new apartment complex which includes 119 apartments across two buildings, with shared community space for residents. 

Each of these new homes boasts a private paved balcony with views out over local woodland and the London skyline.

System Used

TerraSmart® Pedestal was used across each of the balconies.

Comprised of Quadro porcelain paving tiles in the shade ‘Crema’ and RP-FR adjustable steel paving support pedestals, the complete system achieves a European Classification (Euroclass) A1 and A1fl fire rating.

Versatility

The system is quick and simple to install: RP-FR pedestals are height adjustable to easily accommodate any slight variances in the build-up and porcelain which is simply lifted into place thereafter.
