Garden Harlow Carr

Oltco Harrogate installed 500m² of Recycle Bound pathways in the traditional blend, Crantock, for Garden Harlow Carr.

Situated in the Yorkshire countryside, the gardens receive around 450,000 visitors a year. Maintenance works had been taking place on site due to general wear and tear and large amounts of rain and snowfall, particularly to the previous pathways. Sustainability is a core value for the gardens, so it was important that the new surface aligned with these values in some way whilst also being durable and hard-wearing. Oltco's sustainable solution provided approximately 120 kilograms of recycled plastic materials, significantly reducing waste that would otherwise end up in landfills.
