The redevelopment of 40 Chancery Lane involved demolition of all bar one of the buildings on the site to make way for a modern, energy-efficient office building, clad with a glass and stone façade; the Tooks Court building still remains.
The completed building, designed by Bennetts Associates Architects, provides approximately 100,000 sq ft of contemporary workspace, including male, female and disabled access washrooms by Maxwood to six floors and basement area.
