Luxurious washrooms by Maxwood, specified in a stunning gold and black colour scheme, are among the premium facilities for the tenants of Broadgate Quarter in the heart of the City of London. The major remodelling project by ISG on behalf of developer Hines provides Grade A office space in one of the capital’s most desirable locations. The new washrooms feature laminated glass with a unique metallic effect from the Swisslamex range. Inlaid with a ‘gold’ coated fabric mesh, the glass creates a shimmering finish to duct panelling and vanity splashbacks that changes with the light and angle of view.
