30 Gresham Street

OVERVIEW

A popular choice for executive washrooms, Maxwood’s Marante range offers full-height cubicle styling for total privacy. The versatile system features a unique pilaster design, rebated to run in-line with the doors, and is used with fall-to-close hinges to maintain a flush appearance.

For the washroom refurbishment at Gresham Street, new Marante cubicle doors and pilasters were fixed to existing tiled divisions. Cubicles are finished in a fashionable grey Koto real-wood veneer laminate, which provides the warmth and beauty of natural wood with the long lasting, low maintenance benefits of high pressure laminated panels.

Maxwood’s modern makeover for the office washrooms also included replacing existing hand basins with pure white vanity units and chrome finish mono mixer taps. The new vanity tops were manufactured from Dupont’s Zodiaq range of 30mm quartz surfaces, designed to deliver diamond-like radiance and durability.

Complementary fixtures and fittings add the finishing touches to the washrooms’ light, contemporary interiors, including stainless steel skirting and recessed stainless steel units combining paper towel dispenser and waste bin.
