Neatdek is a fire-rated modular flooring solution which has been designed with versatility. It can be utilised in a multitude of applications from balconies to bridges.

The Neatdek 'T' bar modular decking provides a 74% contact area in flooring application yet allows water and other liquids to drain safely away. This dynamic product has a variety of applications and configurations to suit each project's requirements. As the product is manufactured bespoke to architectural drawings.

It can increase the BREEM rating for a scheme due to being manufactured off-site. The Neatdek utilises a swage locking technology which comprises a 50-tonne hydraulic press compressing the swage bars to lock the load-bearing bars in place. The pitch of the product creates multiple joints within a panel resulting in no area of weakness, this gives the product superior rigidity. This also allows the product to have increased structural integrity which comes allows for notching and cutouts for down-pipes and stanchions.
