Exadeck porcelain decking boards with side milling profile fitted to Wallbarn I Plus or Box Rails, mounted onto MetalPad Ex adjustable height pedestals or Joist Holders where low height thresholds are applicable. A fire safe, high performance, strong and sturdy decking system.

Adjustable Class A fire rated pedestal and aluminium rail joist system that includes integrated clip and locking mechanism for fixing the aluminium box and I-beam rails and MetalPad Ex adjustable pedestal. For low height system requirements, we have the Ultra Low Joist Holder, which creates a full buildup starting at 43 mm (17 mm Joist Holder + 15 mm Box Rail + Exadeck Board).

Aluminium I-Plus and profiled Box Rails available (15–100 mm high, 60 mm wide).

Very high weight tolerance: 1560 kg, with a break point of 2057 kg for pedestals; Rails can span up to 1.5 m between pedestals; Exadeck boards have weight tolerance of 15 000 kN.
