The Bollard can be supplied in any diameter and length, although 168mm x 1500mm is standard as this offers a large and strong bollard with a good root depth for anchorage. Casting in tags are included on the root for additional security. The loose cap is designed to be fitted after the concrete is poured but before it has fully set. The finished bollard has the look of a completely steel bollard and protects the concrete from being damaged, retaining strength and keeping the bollard looking good for longer.

of the development, Calor installed two
4000-litre underground LPG tanks, buried out of sight of the 20 three and four-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes. Gas is distributed through a network of hidden pipes directly to each home, which each have
individual meters that are read annually by Calor. This allows homeowners to be invoiced for their individual consumption, which means on completion of the development, Larkfleet will not need to be involved with its energy supply on an ongoing basis.

Premium Patination Oil is an alkyd resin based liquid which, when applied to lead sheet, provides a permeable coating through which the metal surface will oxidise at a controlled rate. Over time this oxidised layer develops into a uniform dull grey adherent patina. This patina is stable, pleasing in appearance and replaces the protection initially supplied by the Patination Oil.

I-House Karm Homes MMC Case Study

The i-House system using H+H Celcon Vertical Wall Panels has been used on a re-development of a residential site in Stanpit in Dorset. The i-House system introduced developer and contractor Karm Homes to the concept of Modern Methods of Construction (MMC) while also providing the familiarity of a traditional building material.
The full i-House system package was used for each unit, comprising the structural inner skin, insulation, floor cassettes, roof cassettes, soffitsand facias. The i-House system is manufactured offsite by Roofspace Solutions who also supply a 3-person team and crane operator to create each structure.
