Downer DCS041 floor to floor framing system
is designed to provide vertical support to most rainscreen cladding panels using the principle of a ventilated façade with the ability to span over non- load bearing walls and be fixed back to floor slabs.
Wall brackets combined with extruded aluminium box and “T” box profiles provide the installer with an adjustable system allowing for thermal and structural movement and variation in cavity depth to suit project specific requirements.
DCS041 vertical rails offer direct support to the cladding panels by face or adhesive fixing them.
It can also be used as a support to other framing systems such as our DCS004 Mechanical Secret Fix or DCS021 Omega and Zeds for horizontal support.

On behalf of Bostik, three tests were performed for determination of the fire
resistance of several linear joint seals with Bostik FP 403 Fireseal Hybrid (further called FP 403 Fireseal Hybrid or Bostik FP 403) in walls connecting stone to wood and stone to steel. The tests are performed in accordance with the European standard EN 1366-4:2006+A1:2010 using the standard heating curve.
This summary provides an outline of the product performance and the conclusions of the test. For a complete description of the examined linear joint
seals, please refer to the reports mentioned in the footnote.

The Dik Geurts Ivar 10 H2O Store is part of the company’s Green Design series of eco-friendly wood burning appliances. It is a smart and versatile wood stove with a substantial 4.7 kW room heating output, combined with a further 5.5 kw of water heating power. It has a stylish dark anthracite finish, easy slider controls, vermiculite interior and ample space underneath for log storage.
A water heating chamber is built into the back of the stove. This must be connected to a buffer tank that stores the hot water and distributes it to radiators around the home. The system can also be combined with solar panels for even greater energy efficiency.
