C-Probe's networks are managed online securely using the Achilles interactive Management Server (AiMS) to provide resilience information and on a daily, monthly and annual basis for the whole life performance of the protected asset.
AiMS is an online performance management facility, which acts as an eye within the structure for asset owners through structural health monitoring. Corrosion and protection data are accessed remotely to clients and help to detect corrosion initiation and propagation that are commonly noticed when the damage is too significant, which then becomes its ‘Achilles’ heel’.
AiMS acts as the 'remote control' for C-Probe's installed corrosion management systems, but it managed by their sister company Structural Healthcare.

It provides rapid drying and early laying of floor coverings such as sheet vinyl, tiles, carpet etc. When laying onto insulation the minimum screed thickness is 65mm. Heating pipes require a minimum cover of only 30mm of screed.

On receiving a signal from the access control system or push button, the unit will unlock and drive through 90 degrees away from signal direction. Should the wing meet any resistance it will stop and nudge forward. If obstruction continues the unit will alarm and free wheel;
an auto reset will re-establish control.

Ventilation systems for car parks, loading bays and service areas are needed to achieve two objectives. Day-to-day ventilation is needed to control build-up of vehicle exhaust fumes or spilled fuel. Acceptable day-to-day air quality is maintained by removing exhaust gases produced by vehicles and by ensuring that there are no pockets of stagnant air. Smoke ventilation is needed to provide a means of clearing smoke from the car park during and after a fire. This will limit smoke temperatures and structural damage and inhibit smoke spread between floors.

SpeedStile BP/BPW is a Bi-parting Speed Gate for internal installation. Available in Normally Open (N/O) mode or Normally Closed (N/C) mode. In N/O the SpeedStile provides an open walkway in rest position and will only close at unauthorised entry attempts. In N/C the SpeedStile provides a closed walkway which opens on acceptance of an authorised signal.
On receiving a signal from the access control system, or push button, the gates open. If an unauthorised person tries to follow or attempts to enter from the opposite direction, the system detects the unauthorised passage and activates the in-built alarm system.
Wide walkway to comply with wheelchair access requirements are available as well as Fail-Safe opening in case of power failure.

The DORMA TS 73 EMF is a combination of hydraulic door closer and electro-magnetic hold-open unit. In conjunction with a smoke detection system (e.g. DORMA RMZ), the TS 73 EMF can be used as a hold-open system for fire and smoke check doors. The hold-open of the door is performed under electro-magnetic control. In the event of a fire, the door is reliably closed by the integral hydraulic closer. The closing cycle is also initiated by manual door operation or automatically in the event of a power failure.

Novia 1200 VCL is a high specification, blown polythene material, suitable for use as a vapour control layer within the walls of frame constructions, or where control of the passage of water vapour is required.
This product also performs the additional function of an air-leakage barrier, to prevent losses due to unwanted convection flows. We advise the use of Novia butyl and metallised BOPP tapes to ensure a complete barrier integrity throughout the entire life of the product. Novia 1200 VCL should be used in combination with Novia breather membranes to provide an air-tight and vapour resistant system.
Novia 1200 VCL is fully CPR compliant and is CE Approved to EN 13984:2013.
