Rhepanol PIB single ply is made from polyisobutylene (PIB), a synthetic rubber, and is the only roofing membrane currently available with a full Life Cycle Assessment that meets DIN EN ISO 14040 part ff, showing that it has no significant environmental impact at any time between its manufacturer and eventual disposal. Rhepanol hg is the perfect solution for every kind of green roof intensive or extensive, or landscaped. Resistant to root penetration without any further sealing where the roofing membrane ends, i.e. at the upper edge, as far as the vegetation is concerned the protection against root penetration starts. The hot air welded seam area is 100% watertight.

Lang+Fulton supply a comprehensive range of pressure locked and electrofused gratings for all flooring and ventilation applications. Alternative gratings are recommended for landscaping, vehicle loadings, the built environment or internal use. There are also specialist products: Barrot for pedestrian areas and AntiVertigo which is non-transparent. The Technical Department can advise an appropriate product for a particular project before preparing the most economical panel layout. A complete package of CAD drawings, support steelwork, fixings and loading specifications are provided. All panels are bespoke: cut and framed to custom sizes before hot-dip galvanizing with optional polyester powder coating in any RAL colour. Gratings are available in mild steel or stainless steel.

The Optima FC+ is a secret fix hook on rainscreen system. The system has the flexibility to be used in a portrait or landscape. Precision fit and finish with 20mm joints in both directions, suitable for large and bespoke size panels. User friendly with quick and easy adjustment on site, can be fixed tope down, or bottom up, with individual panel removal and replacement. The FC+ rainscreen uses a mechanical fixing methods and no use of adhesives providing true A1 and A2 cladding system. The rainscreen system has been successfully fire tested to BS8414, and is classified in BR135 making it safe to use on high rise buildings in conjunction with Euro Class A1 and A2s1,d0 fire rated materials. The systems is approved and certified by CWCT.
