MEDITE FR CLEAR EUROCLASS B is an MDF panel developed specifically for use in environmentally sensitive interior applications where formaldehyde emissions need to be kept to a minimum but where a Euroclass B flame retardant board is also required under building regulations. Typical applications include wall linings, partitions, ceiling tiles, furniture, display panels and cases within sensitive areas such as museums, laboratories, hospitals and all public buildings. MEDITE FR CLEAR EUROCLASS B has no added formaldehyde within the manufacturing process. The resultant product far exceeds the performance requirements of the rigid Class E1 low formaldehyde standards and also the lower levels required by CARB2.

membrane.
VOLCLAY GRANULES are used to fill cavities
and voids in the substrate prior to installing the main bentonite waterproofing course. It is also used to seal around slab penetrations
to form a continuous waterproofing system.
A fillet of VOLCLAY GRANULES can be poured
at the footing/wall junction to provide additional waterproofing protection. VOLCLAY GRANULES are not an expansion joint sealant.

Birch plywood (Riga Ply) overlaid on one or both faces with a special material or such a material is used as a core to improve mechanical properties or visual appearance of plywood. Further mechanical processing, board and edge sanding and lacquering is available, also manufacturing of furniture elements.
RIGA COMPOSITE TPO is overlaid with grey (RAL 7000), thermoplastic, textured polyolefin overlay (density 167 g/m2). Different embossing and colours available upon request.
RIGA COMPOSITE PPL is overlaid with a slightly textured polypropylene overlay. For indoor use 0.15 mm and for outdoor use 0.65 mm is recommended. Overlays available in grey (RAL 7045), white (RAL 9016) or black (RAL 9005).

It can be used for a wide range of external applications including: external signs, shop fronts and external woodwork including fascias, exterior mouldings, door parts - raised and fielded panels, garden furniture components, exterior display stands, marine craft interiors and sports score boards. MEDITE EXTERIOR is suitable for conditions in accordance with H (Option 2) as defined by EN 622 part 5. To ensure durability, MEDITE EXTERIOR must be adequately sealed on all surfaces and edges with an exterior grade coating system. When appropriately coated, MEDITE EXTERIOR is suitable for use in Hazard classes 1,2 and 3 environments described within EN 335-3.
