Glass roof hatch skylight thermally broken for roof access. The double glazed 35.5mm unit has a frameless, low profiled design with triple seals and a U-value of 1.5 W/m²K. Gas spring assisted as standard, larger units can be operated via an electric actuator with choice of switches. Glazed roof hatches can be made to any size and any glass specification.

The Panel is acoustic rated to 30dB tested in accordance with BS EN ISO 140-3:1995.
The Panel is Air Pressure tested to 50PA tested in accordance with EN 1634-3:2004.
The Panel is Smoke Tested to 25PA tested in accordance with EN 1634-3:2004.
Composition & Manufacture
The TAP01-060-MD-PF-BL-ATS-AB is manufactured from Zintec Steel with a 0.9mm thick Door and a 0.9mm Frame. The panels door leaf is hinged
by a Fixed Pivot Hinge System.

The Ascent Aluminium walkway is a standardised modular system allowing specifiers to design compliant walkways for access on all major manufacturers and their flat roofing systems.
The Ascent Aluminium walkways are manufactured in accordance with CE / UKCA certifications. They are tested to BS EN 516:2006 Class 1 Type C. The walkway can be configured with handrail to withstand a loading of either 0.36 kN (general duty) or 0.74 kN (heavy duty). The Ascent walkway is unique in that it can achieve this loading without the need for additional bracing - allowing the walkway to be placed against the area to be accessed.
The walkway can be either placed on the roof; on Rubber spreader feet or mechanically affixed to the roof covering. The walkway can be Powder-coat finish as customer requires

The Step on Safety range of Fibreglass Access Ladders are manufactured from Glass Reinforced Plastic Pultruded structural sections, which when compared on a weight for weight basis, are far stronger than their metal equivalents. Composite ladders are ideally suited for installation in corrosive environments, such as those found in water, waste, marine and chemical industries.
All composite ladders and safety cages are manufactured in-house, in dimensional accordance with BS 4211, and BS 5395 (Stairs, Ladders and Walkways).
All ladders are typically 500mm wide overall, with rungs 400mm wide. Other bespoke sizes are available to suit individual site requirements upon request.
