TS 93 modular system in Contur design enables a small number of closers to be combined with different slide channels to meet virtually every functional requirement. EN2-5 & EN 5-7 versions are offered. The system is suitable for single and double doors and all fixing positions; its adjustable hydraulic function can be easily adapted for every door situation. Closers have an easy opening action and fully controlled, delayed closing. An integral smoke detector, with a service/maintenance indicator, is located in the slide channel. Different versions have hold-open fittings, including electro-mechanical, and frame- and ceiling- mounted smoke detectors. Closers have a choice of finishes - silver, white and special colours, stainless steel and polished brass.

Air movement in a building is important. Grilles are fitted into walls and some doors; and ductwork to keep fresh air circulating. But wherever air moves, fire and smoke can travel too. In a fire, our intumescent air transfer grilles expand to form a solid block that stops fire spreading.
Wherever ventilation is needed through a fire-resisting wall or where ductwork runs through that wall, an intumescent air transfer grille should be fitted at that point to maintain fire compartmentation. Smoke protection is also vital. We offer a range of intumescent grilles and dampers with an added smoke control shutter: our Talkback system.

The Newton PAC-500 System is combined 'Type C' (BS 8102:2022) cavity drain waterproofing and ground gas mitigation system, developed by Newton Waterproofing Systems and Prestige Air Ltd. The addition of the PAC Positive Air Curtain to the Cavity Drain Waterproofing provides protection against water, gasses and hydrocarbon vapours from the ground within a single internally applied system.
This system provides basement waterproofing across all environmental grades (Grade 1-3) in accordance with BS 8102:2022, as well as a ground has mitigation system that is integrity tested with tracer gas to confirm viability.

Optima Edge has been fire-tested to BS4148-2:2000 and classified in BR135 for high rise constructions. The system is available in 4mm Aluminium with Sotech's bespoke carrier design and are suitable for large and bespoke panel sizes.

Effisus Vapour FR Membrane is a high quality and multifunctional weatherproofing vapour barrier developed to achieve a fire reaction Class A1 in accordance with EN13501-1 and A2-s1,d0 as System.
Works as a vapour control layer (VCL) protecting the building from condensation risk and improving the airtightness and consequently the energy efficiency.
Can be used in facade rainscreen cladding, curtain walls and many other applications to protect the insulation and building interior from water, heat radiation and moisture transfer. It also works as a fire retardant layer in constructions.
Fire Resistant Glazing Systems

Glazed panels are often required in fire resistant walls and doors to allow vision and natural light. In door assemblies, they allow people to see others approaching from the opposite direction; they also allow fire and smoke to be seen without opening the door - an important safety benefit. However, gaps, joints and interfaces between dissimilar materials invariably form points of weakness and provision needs to be made to seal these effectively. The solution is to fit fire resistant glass secured using one of Lorient's fire resistant glazing systems; which holds the glass firmly in place during normal use, but in the event of fire the intumescent material expands, securing and insulating the glass and protecting the surrounding timber.

The Optima IPC system is available as a pressed plank in a variety of materials, often pre-finished or as an extruded plank available in post-finished aluminium. They are connected by a simple interlocking male/female joint, which offers either a recessed or hairline appearance. Optima IPC is secretly fixed onto extruded aluminium support framework horizontally or vertically in a variety of materials. This drained and ventilated system creates a weather shield in front of a primary structure. Optima IPC is engineered to seamlessly integrate with all other building façade elements such as windows, doors and louvres. The system has been independently tested and certified to meet CWCT rigorous specification for rainscreen cladding. All fixings used in the system are stainless steel.
