Resuflor Topcoat industrial flooring is a two-pack solvent-free high-build epoxy resin system system for application as a heavy duty floor coating at a thickness of 500 microns. The coating will provide a smooth Gloss coloured finish to function as a hard wearing floor surface which is installed throughout all industrial sectors and commercial situations where a tough paint type finish is required. Anti-slip aggregate can be added if required to create a light textured finish. See the Resuflor Topcoat system guide for this. Applied by roller and paint brush the product is 100% solids and low odour producing an economical seamless, hard wearing, hygienic floor finish. Resuflor Topcoat is available in a range of standard colours and can also be supplied in bespoke Ral shades as required.

FasTop TG69 industrial flooring is a very heavy duty antimicrobial polyurethane floor screed system providing superb resistance against chemical attack,thermal shock and abrasion. A HACCP International certified food grade, non-taint and odourless product which incorporates an antimicrobial additive tested to ISO 22196, and provides slip resistance in wet and dry conditions. When installed at 9 mm thickness the system is resistant to steam cleaning and pressure washing, boiling water and process liquids up to 120ºC and also suitable for freezer temperatures down to -40ºC.
FasTop TG69 industrial flooring is installed in a single application as a resin screed which has superb adhesion to create a monolithic long term seamless flooring solution which becomes a permanent fixture of a building.

FasTop RS69 industrial flooring is a heavy duty resin rich antimicrobial polyurethane floor screed system providing superb resistance against chemical attack, thermal shock and abrasion. A food grade non-taint and odourless product, providing slip resistance in wet and dry conditions which is certified as being food safe with HACCP International. For fast installation FasTop RS69 industrial flooring can be applied by rake and trowel as a resin rich system. Resistant to steam cleaning, boiling water and process liquids up to 120ºC and suitable for freezer temperatures down to -40ºC at 9 mm thickness.
As a resin rich floor screed FasTop RS69 has such good adhesion to concrete substrates that it becomes a monolithic permanent fixture of a building to provide a very hard long term solution.

Resuflor Deco Flake provides a solvent free low odour flooring solution with a hard wearing gloss or matt finish. This system can be installed economically over large industrial areas where heavy duty performance is required with a decorative floor coating. Sherwin-Williams provide a standard colour range of Resuflake blends for this system and bespoke blends of colours incorporating glitters to provide a sparkle finish are also available. Elladur Topcoat is a build coating system using polyaspartic fast curing advanced materials to provide a tough and durable gloss finish. Elladur Topcoat is UV stable and has low odour and extremely low VOC content (volatile organic compounds. Because of the fast curing performance in a few hours several coats of Elladur can be applied in a day. Where anti-slip finishes are required aggregates can be incorporated to create textured floor finishes. Decorative systems can be created incorporating coloured flakes or quartz. Cast iron stand alone vent, used for centuries in properties around the country and now very much in vogue. This charming vent has two functions, either to connect to the stack of a sewar pipe to prevent loss of water traps when WC are flushed or to allow air down into cellars and basements.
The sewar vent function prevents smells escaping from sewars by an ingeneous and simple non return brass flap fitted onto the removable front panel. For basement and cellar ventilation this flap is replaced with mesh to allow a flow of air in either direction.
Both options use the same cast iron cellar/soil vent body with 4" (100mm) spigot and are available with aluminium or brass front plates.
