Description

These Permeable paving blocks are an ideal paving solution for source control within Sustainable Urban Drainage Systems (SuDS). Designed to work in conjunction with a specified sub-base, these innovative paving blocks allow surface water to pass through the joints and into a carefully engineered, voided sub-base.

Once in the sub-base, water is naturally treated and either stored for gradual infiltration into the ground or released in a controlled manner into the surface water drainage system for attenuation. This advanced paving solution supports effective water management while contributing to long-term sustainability in both residential and commercial projects.

Features and benefits:

Designed to allow an initial surface infiltration in the order of 2000 L/s/ha.
Manufactured from premium quality selected granite and other natural aggregates.
The textured washed surface gives the appearance of natural granite stone.
The enlarged spacers on the sides of the block create 7 mm wide joints which allow surface water to pass through the paving. Enlarged spacers are dropped (invisible on the surface).
