Wireless Fire Detection - Agile

The Morley Addressable Wireless Fire Detection System is a Hybrid (wired to fire detection loop via Gateway) next-generation platform of wireless fire devices designed for applications where wired devices are impractical due to economic or aesthetic constraints. Built on robust mesh network technology, the system ensures reliable communication by providing up to two communication paths for each device, significantly improving resilience compared to traditional star network architectures. As part of the Series 200 product range, the wireless system maintains the same high standards of device design, detection performance, false alarm immunity, and system functionality. Wireless devices can be seamlessly integrated into existing Morley-IAS panels supporting Series 200 protocols, allowing for straightforward system expansion and hybrid installations.

System configuration, commissioning, and diagnostics are managed via the Agile IQ™ software tool. Using a wireless USB dongle, the PC-based application communicates directly with wireless devices without the need for hardwired connections. Agile IQ™ supports Microsoft Windows operating systems from XP through Windows 10, providing a flexible platform for system management.
