Description

Keystone windposts are manufactured from grade 1.4307 austenitic Stainless Steel EN 1.430

Components:

The Keystone Windpost System comprises of a range of three types of windposts supplied with specially designed top and base connections appropriate for each construction configuration. Wall ties are supplied for each type of wallpost.

Type:

- U windposts:

Fits within the cacity and normally spans between floor structures. Also available in shorter lenghts for use in Spandrels or below windows.

  • U1: 60 x 60 x 4 mm.
  • U2: 60 x 60 x 5 mm.
  • U3: 60 x 60 x 6 mm.
  • U4: 75 x 60 x 4 mm.
  • U5: 75 x 60 x 6 mm.
  • U6: 75 x 60 x 6 mm.
  • U7: 115 x 60 x 4 mm.
  • U8: 115 x 60 x 5 mm.
  • U9: 115 x 60 x 6 mm.

- DU windposts:

Fits within the cacity and normally spans between floor structures. The inner leaf of the cavity wall is totally undisturbed . Suitable for heavier loads than the U windpost.

  • DU3: 60 x 60 x 6 mm (2).
  • DU6: 70 x 60 x 6 mm (2).
  • DU9: 115 x 60 x 6 mm (2).

- LP windposts:

Designed to be built into the inner skin of the cavity wall and normally spans between floor structures. Suitable for a range of loading conditions. Available in shorter lengths for use in parapets or below windows

  • LP1: 125 x 70 x 4 mm.
  • LP2: 125 x 70 x 5 mm.
  • LP3: 125 x 70 x 6 mm.
  • LP4: 150 x 70 x 4 mm.
  • LP5: 150 x 70 x 5 mm.
  • LP6: 150 x 70 x 6 mm.
  • LP7: 170 x 70 x 4 mm.
  • LP8: 170 x 70 x 5 mm.
  • LP9: 170 x 70 x 6 mm.
  • LP10: 200 x 70 x 4 mm.
  • LP11: 200 x 70 x 5 mm.
  • LP12: 200 x 70 x 6 mm.
