Application

  • If substrate is in need of repair please see weberfloor substrate repair system
  • Cannot be used on external projects
  • Flooring grade insulation must be used
  • De-coupling from foil-back insulation using a polythene sheet or similar will be required
  • Must be reinforced with weberfloor 4945 glass fibre mesh 

Description

weberfloor floating system is designed for application over insulation. Fibre reinforcement allows application at as little as 25mm thickness. This system can be walked on from 2+ hours and is capable of rapid overlay with tiles or a moisture-sensitive flooring finish.

  • The weber.floor 4945 glass fibre net is used as reinforcement for weber's floor screeds. The net is normally used on weak substrates or in case the screed is laid nonbonded or when otherwise specified in weber's Floor construction solution.
  • Glass fibre net with alkaline resistant impregnation.
  • Mesh width 10 x 10 mm.

Screed

Self-smoothing levelling screed mixes.

  • A rapid drying, self-smoothing base and renovation screed.
  • Fibre modified for added durability.
  • Pump or hand applied, rapid drying, self-smoothing, fibre-reinforced base or renovation screed for floors, with Low Dust TechnologyTM, which gives a strong base layer for receiving tiles or a thin topping screed.
  • The product is formulated from special cements, aggregates and chemical admixtures.
