Description

weberfloor bonded system provides a solution to level and smooth a substrate with up to 98% relative humidity prior to the application of a final floor finish. Suitable for depths as low as 5mm and up to 50mm, this system can be tiled in as little as 2 hours or covered with a moisture sensitive final floor finish in as little as 16 hours.

The product is formulated from special cements, aggregates and chemical admixtures.

Primer	Not required. Styrene acrylate primer. Guidance for specification option: weberfloor 4716 (optional). For use if no moisture control system is used and if weberfloor DPM is used. Regulates the porosity of the substrate and improves adhesion. weberfloor 4716 primer is a styrene acrylate dispersion which can be diluted with water and is intended for use with Weber’s flooring products.
Moisture control layer	Not required. Water-based moisture vapour suppressant. Guidance for specification option: weberfloor MVS (optional). Use to reduce the passage of residual construction moisture up to 95% relative humidity.
