A traditional, tried and tested robust window, designed in the 1960s, but still in demand today.

W20 steel windows may be used in all types of building where strong, durable frames, efficient opening casements and hard wearing fittings are required. The W20 metal window range is available with multi point locking or traditional single point locking, for security in conservation areas.

Warranty description	One year Guidance for specification option: Should any material fault appear in a window fitting (handle, stay, locking mechanism etc) sold and installed by us within one year from the date of installation, Clement Windows Ltd will (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the faulty materials. Five year Guidance for specification option: Should any material fault appear in a sealed double glazed glass unit sold and installed by us within five years from the date of installation then:- • within the first 12 months from the date of installation, Clement Windows Ltd will (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the faulty materials; or, • thereafter supply replacement materials free of charge. Ten year Guidance for specification option: Should any material fault appear in any window frame or door frame sold and installed by us within ten years from the date of installation because of defective materials or workmanship then:- • within the first 12 months from the date of installation, Clement Windows Ltd will (at its sole discretion) repair or replace the faulty window frame or door frame; or, • thereafter supply replacement materials free of charge.
