Description

"BS EN 1366-10 AA certified" smoke control damper, with a fire resistance (EIS) upto 120 minutes. 


For installation in vertical and horizontal smoke extraction ducts and shafts.


VU120 Distinct Product Features

  • CE certified against EN 1366-10 and EN 12101-8.
  • UKCA certified.
  • Certified for installation in vertical and horizontal smoke extraction ducts and shafts, made of different materials.
  • For use in single and multi-compartment smoke extraction ducts.
  • Tested to the highest pressure class (level 3 at 1500 Pa).
  • Up to 120 minutes classification for integrity (E), smoke leakage (S) and insulation (I).
  • AA-applications (automatic activation), with choice of different actuators:
  • Belimo motorized range (24/ 230 V).
  • Natural magnet actuation (24/ 48 V d.c. - pulse activation) with optional resetting motor.
  • Electromagnet actuation (24/ 48 V d.c. - interruption activation) with optional resetting motor.
  • Single insulated damper blade.
  • Several flange options, including direct shaft connection, rectangular (metal) duct connection, finishing grill or circular connection.
  • Range of standard sizes (intermediate dimensions on request).
  • For indoor use.
  • Maintenance-free.
  • Designed for use with ZENiX controls.
  • ZENiX field module to drive Belimo smoke control damper actuator.


VU120 user benefits:

VU120 range: (Width/Height)

  • Sizes from 200 x 200 mm, to 1200 x 800 mm and 1000 x 1000 mm, in steps of 50 mm.
  • Intermediate dimensions on request.
  • Extended frame available to incorporate exceeding blade.
