High performance, one-part polyurethane liquid-applied membrane for podium decks, retaining and lift pit walls and balconies.
Application
Suitable for waterproofing below ground substructures including:
- Podium decks.
- Retaining walls.
- Lift pit walls.
Can be applied to a variety of substrates in both vertical and horizontal applications, including:
- Cast concrete.
- Precast concrete.
- Flush pointed blockwork.
- Flush pointed brickwork.
- Steelwork.
Can be used to achieve one form of waterproofing to Grades 1, 2 and 3 as defined in BS 8102: 2022. The product is also suitable for damp proofing applications including concrete floors, flush pointed masonry walls and wet rooms.
When used in conjunction with Visqueen Axiom Guard PRO Topcoat, Visqueen Axiom Guard PRO is suitable for waterproofing balconies, terraces, walkways, bund walls, and some flat roofing applications.

A high performance, one-part polyurethane liquid-applied membrane.

- Conforms with the specification requirements of NHBC Chapter 5.4.
- Supplied in 15 kg drums.
