Application

The 128 mm front to back dimension makes it suitable for traditional timber box sash replacement. Wider sill options are also available to enable a range of installation options.

Description

The market-leading Vertical Slider Window System has all the features of a traditional box sash timber window and is widely accepted for use by conservation officers in heritage and listed buildings. It offers all the safety, security and thermal efficiency benefits of a modern-day PVC-U window with a choice of welded or mechanically jointed options.


Features and benefits:

  • Profiles are extruded to BS EN 12608 and the fabricated sliding window provides excellent weathering performance.
  • The vertical sliding window holds kitemark accreditation.
  • Caldwell specialist sliding sash hardware fitted.
  • Caldwell tilt restrictor mechanisms are applied.

The lifecycle is extended with Epwin Recycle offering a true cradle-to-cradle solution. The post-consumer PVC-U is collected, broken into small pieces, processed and reintegrated in the manufacturing process, turning old windows to a new, with minimal harm to the planet
