Veneered Single Doorset - Doors

Interior veneered timber doorset. Using high quality natural veneer lay-ons with a wide variety of timber species available in order to work with interior design schemes.

All VantaTM veneered doors can be lacquered in our on site sprayshop facilities, to eliminate the need for further finishing processes after installation.

The creation of a veneered door starts with selecting your chosen veneer, we have a range of 16 veneers to choose from. Veneers are typically sliced or peeled lay-ons that have been obtained from a large log and then dried in order to maintain the quality and durability of the veneer. With a solid door blank as the core, the veneer is carefully bonded to the blank creating a smooth and consistent finish. The adhesive used in the process of securing the two has been specifically formulated to create a lasting bond between the two. The combination of the two enables the door to keep a solid shape with an aesthetically appealing look due to the real wood look of the veneer.

Fixing: Hidden fixing detail with full instruction for compliant Q-Mark installation.

Fire seals: Intumescent and combined smoke seals as required fitted to door leaf edges and meeting stiles - Threshold seals if required factory fitted.

All timber products available are certified FSC 100% full chain of custody.
