Variotec 150 H (Sliding Wall Hardware)

Hardware system of modular design for stackable wooden partitions up to 100 kg and 150 kg per panel, allowing for straight and curved track segments.

Components (Sliding pivot door):

• Two-wheeled trolley M14, with plastic-tyred wheels and suspension plate (sliding pivot doors up to 90 kg and 3000 mm height). 
• Holding device, sliding swing door or sliding pivot door, for running tracks with integrated cover.
• Stop plate complete for sliding swing door or sliding pivot door.
• Contact plate for sliding pivot door.
• Suspension profile, cut to size, aluminium unanodized, (pre-drilled and undrilled), including for sliding pivot door with cutout for strike plate or deadbolt lock options.
• Black plastic suspension profile cover cap. 
• Lock complete for sliding pivot door (left and right).
• Pivot bearing for sliding pivot door.
• Door stop for sliding pivot door.
• Centering assembly for sliding pivot door.
• Deadbolt lock 13 mm, galvanized steel for sliding pivot door.
• Stike plate or pivot bearing, chromium-plated steel.
• Key for deadbolt lock (10721, 10726, 13144).
• Slip-fit rose, brass dull nickel finish.
• Short and long connecting rod for door height up to 2500 mm.

Components (Pivot door):

• Servicing unit (dismountable, 100 mm).
• Pivot bearing for swing door and pivot door (without running track).
• Vertically adjustable driver for pivot door.
• Adjustable thrust bearing.
• Inox for fitting into bottom guide channel. 
• Thrust bearing sleeve (30 mm diameter), for pivot door.

Components (Sliding door):

• Single-wheeled trolley M14, with plastic-tyred ball bearing wheels and suspension plate (for maximum sliding door weights 100 kg). 
• Two-wheeled trolley M14, with plastic-tyred ball bearing wheels and suspension plate (for maximum sliding door weights 150 kg).
• Guide plastic (14 mm). 
• Floor locking lever.
• Floor locking lever 0–18°.
