Description

Ucrete UD200 is a unique heavy duty polyurethane resin floor with exceptional resistance to aggressive chemicals, heavy impact and temperatures up to 150°C.

It provides a textured protective floor finish suitable for applications in wet and dry process environments.

Chemical resistance:

The screed offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemical aggressors including:

  • Acetic acid, concentrated lactic acid, oleic acid and concentrated citric acid as commonly found in industry.
  • Methanol, 100%: Representative of alcohols and the wider range of solvents used in the pharmaceutical industry.
  • The screed is also resistant to a wide range of mineral oils, salts and inorganic acids.

Slip resistance:

The surface profiles have coefficient of friction of 50–60 as determined to EN 13036-4 with 4S rubber on the wet floor. Also conforms to DIN 51130 as follows: R13 V4. Optimum slip resistance can only be maintained with regular cleaning.

  • Density: 2090 kg/m³.
  • Wear resistance: AR0.5.
  • Bond strength: B>2.0.
  • Impact resistance: IR>4.
  • Compressive strength (EN 13892-2) 52–57 MPa.
  • Tensile strength (BS 6319-7) 6 MPa.
  • Flexural strength (EN 13892-2): 14 MPa.
  • Fire Testing (EN 13501-1): Bfl – s1.
  • Curing time: 24 hours (approximately). Rapid installation is available (12 hours), consult manufacturer for details.

Product Options

Nominal thickness:

  • 6 mm thickness: Fully resistant to liquid spillage and discharge up to 80°C and can be lightly steam cleaned. Suitable for freezer temperatures down to -25°C.
  • 9 mm thickness: Fully resistant to high temperature spillage and discharge up to 120°C and is fully steam cleanable. Suitable for freezer temperatures down to -40°C.
  • 12 mm thickness: Fully resistant to high temperature spillage and discharge up to 130°C and occasional spillage up to 150°C and is fully steam cleanable. Suitable for freezer temperatures down to -40°C.
