Ucrete MF

Ucrete MF is a 4–6 mm heavy duty polyurethane floor finish designed for applications in predominantly dry environments. The product is dense and impervious which provides a smooth protective finish.

Chemical resistance:

The heavy duty floor offers exceptional resistance to a wide range of chemical aggressors including:

• Most dilute and concentrated organic acids such as, acetic acid, lactic acid, oleic acid and citric acid as commonly found in the food industry.

• Dilute and concentrated acids: hydrochloric, nitric, phosphoric and sulfuric.

• Dilute and concentrated alkalis, including sodium hydroxide to 50% concentration.

• Animal fats and vegetable oils, sugars flavourings and essences.

• Mineral oils, kerosene, gasoline and brake fluids.

• A wide range of organic solvents including methanol, xylene, ethers and chlorinated solvents.

Slip resistance:

The floor has a coefficient of friction of 35 as determined to EN 13036-4 using the 4S rubber on the wet floor. The surface profiles conform to DIN 51130 as follows: R10 V. Optimum slip resistance can only be maintained with regular cleaning.

Applications:

Particularly suitable for pharmaceutical production facilities, clean rooms, laboratories, commercial and industrial applications. Use Ucrete® MFAS when a floor finish when antistatic properties are required.
