M series fire-rated and airtight doors are made from electrolytic-galvanized steel with a core of absorptive and non-combustible mineral wool insulation and fire rated materials.

Description
M series fire-rated and airtight doors are made from electrolytic-galvanized steel with a core of absorptive and non-combustible mineral wool insulation and fire rated materials.
The door is supplied with a 2 mm electrolytic-galvanized steel door frame and three-piece galvanized steel hinges with stainless steel pin.
Special rubber gaskets between door leaf and frame assure a good airtight seal.
Fire rating:
- European standard EN 1634-1. Classification acc. European standard EN 13501-2.
- Exterior fire rated M doors are CE marked acc. EN 16034.
- Fire rated EW120 - classification acc. (EN 13501-2) and tested acc. (EN 1634-1) ◼ Airtight / gastight.
Air tightness:
- Tested acc. EN 12207 on a single leaf door with 48 mm threshold.
- Leakage indication approx. 1.23 m³/h*m² at pressure 50 Pa in positive direction (door leaf pressed towards door frame).
- Different door size, leaf configuration (single/double leaf), types of locks and fittings, lower threshold etc. will affect the air tightness.
