Description

A highly efficient and thermally enhanced aluminium framed parallel opening window which offers an aesthetic option to architects.


Features and benefits:

  • Maintains the vertical sight lines of the building, but also provides a highly efficient method of ventilating an area within the structure.
  • This design of vent offers double the air flow of a traditional top hung window with its utilization of both high and low ventilation zones.
  • Utilizes the inclusion of additional gaskets and foam inserts which further enhance the system’s thermal performance.

Guidance for specification option:

  • The finish to all aluminium profiles shall generally be Polyester Powder Coated to BS EN 12206 in a standard RAL colour to satisfy a corrosion classification as defined by the powder manufacturer.
  • Powder coat shall be applied to an average thickness of 60 microns.
  • All powder coating shall be supported by a manufacturers/ applicators 20 year guarantee for a standard grade finish subject to the applicators approval. 
  • Gloss, Matt or Satin finish.
