Application
Suitable for use on new concrete slabs in new builds, conservatories, extensions. At high stress points such as wall/floor junctions use Sovereign Flexi Tape reinforcement. The Flexi Tape is rolled into the wet first coat, and then coated with additional membrane after allowing the first coat to dry to a tacky condition.
Description
A ready to use specialist styrene butadiene latex based liquid applied membrane.
Features and benefits:
- Offers a simple continuous passive system to the full footprint of new builds producing basic radon protection and a waterproof membrane (acts as a damp-proof course) complying with Building Regulation (E&W) Approved Document C1(2) and C2.
- Easy to apply and unlike plastic sheeting and membranes it is not subject to puncture or ripping.
