Application

Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs of any type. For roof terraces and internal applications.

Description

Fixed flatglass rooflight designed to be walked on. A multi-pane solution for introducing daylight into areas of a building that would otherwise be dark.


Features and benefits:

  • Fully thermally broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging, reducing the risk of condensation.
  • Walk on glass designed to BS EN 1991-1-1 Loadings for Buildings.
  • Multi panel. Keep adding modules for infinite length rooflights.
  • Anti-slip glass coatings to provide safety in both wet and dry conditions.
  • Marine grade powder coat as standard
  • Excellent thermal performance, with total system U-values as low as 0.4 W/m²K achievable.
  • Quick and easy to install. Cover cap for concealed fixings.
  • Flatglass rooflights are installed to a builder’s kerb finished by roofing membrane.
  • Designed to be installed on all roof pitches and roof types.
  • Recommended minimum kerb pitch of 5° to help shed water.
  • Daylight is maximized while the visible framework is minimized.
  • More daylight -> less artificial light -> energy savings.
  • More daylight leads to enhanced well-being.

Designed to standard floor loadings from BS EN 1991-1-1 as well as 640 N/m² (snow) and 750 N/m² (wind) and in accordance with the following Standards:
