Application

Compatible with both flat and pitched roofs of any type. For roof terraces and internal applications.

Description

Fixed Flatglass rooflight designed to be walked on, with up to three wall abutments. A single pane solution for introducing daylight into areas of a building that would otherwise be dark.

Fully thermally broken aluminium frame prevents cold bridging, reducing the risk of condensation.
Walk on glass designed to BS EN 1991-1-1 Loadings for Buildings.
Anti-slip glass coatings to provide safety in both wet and dry conditions.

Flatglass rooflights are installed to a builder’s kerb ﬁnished by rooﬁng membrane.
Designed to be installed on all roof pitches and roof types.
Recommended minimum kerb pitch of 5° to help shed water.
Daylight is maximized while the visible framework is minimized.
