Applicable for less frequent access to flat roof and pitched roof (between 3° and 10°) for maintenance purposes.

Description

The Electric Skyhatch is an electrically operated product designed to allow access to a rooftop, for maintenance purposes. The lid opens to an angle of approximately 80°, allowing unimpeded access.

It is designed to be used in roof pitches between 3° and 10° and comprises of Qualicoat approved polyester powder coated aluminium framework combined with either double or triple glazing. The glass specification is high performance thermally efficient low emissivity (Low-E) coated glass which has been heat soak tested for additional safety.
