Description
Designed to offer pedestrian guidance and support in addition to a level of surface protection.
Features and benefits:
- Non-reflective and features a smooth finish for a comfortable grip and ease of cleaning.
- Through-coloured to conceal the effects of impact and abrasion.
- Accessories include reveals, to provide a tight, neat, joint and the handrail contains an anti-microbial additive to inhibit the growth of bacteria.
- The handrail should be selected in a contrasting colour to the wall finish to aid movement around a building for visually impaired people in line BS 8300 and Building Regulations (E&W) Approved Document M guidelines.
- Features a 40 mm-diameter handrail, offering a smooth, comfortable grip in line with guidance in HBN 00-04, HBN 00-10, BS 8300-2:2018 and approved documents K & M of The Building Regulations 2010.
- The SHR40S option of the handrail features a silver anodized aluminium handrail with PVC-U accessories in a silver effect finish.
- The SHR40P option of the handrail features an aluminium retainer with a PVC-U cover and accessories.
- The SHR40W option features a wood effect aluminium handrail with PVC-U accessories in a chrome or silver effect finish.
