- Bottom slats: 'T'-sectioned steel bottom slat. If electrically operated and fitted with bullet locks, steel bottom slat anchors are fitted on each end. - Shutter box: Two or three-piece, roll-formed aluminium casing with steel end plates. - Guide rails: Extruded aluminium, with box section for fixing and reinforcement. Includes high density of 4 mm pile brush seals. If electrically operated and fitted with bullet locks, guide inserts are fitted in the base of the guide rails as standard. Reveal-fitted guide rails will also include a guide shoe. Operation: - Electric: Electric operation is required on larger shutters due to the weight, and is optional on smaller shutters. Operation is by a tubular motor inside the axle. Control is by a momentary switch, which must be held until the shutter reaches the desired position. Electrically operated SeceuroShield 7501 and SeceuroVision 7501, which are less than 3 m wide, will require a lock in the bottom slat. Electrically operated SeceuroShield 7501 and SeceuroVision 7501, which are between 3 and 6 m wide, will require a bullet lock on each guide rail. - Spring-loaded: A counterbalance spring in the axle ensures controlled raising and lowering.
