Fire escape, smoke doors, door control.
SafeRoute monitors and controls the locking devices of doors in escape routes in accordance with the guidelines and standards EN 13637. In case of a hazard, the door is unlocked. Otherwise (day-to-day operation, misuse etc.), it remains locked thanks to the control unit.
The integrated light ring provides information on the status at all times.
The STL-G door terminal is comprised of the emergency button (SCU-TL) and key switch components in a surface-mounted case. Together with an electrical locking device, the STL-G door terminal fulfils the requirements of BS EN 13637 and the EltVTR (German directive for electrical locking systems on escape route doors). Together with a licence card, the SCU-TL becomes a control and monitoring panel (master).
The various functions are determined by the licence card here. You can monitor and control a group of up to four escape route doors with a master in this way, for example. Without a licence card, the STL-G door terminal can also be used as an additional door terminal for an escape route door as a slave in a group.
dormakaba STV 100 door locking devices:
Unlocks doors in secured emergency exits following release by the emergency button, an emergency release or immediately upon authorised release. dormakaba STV 100 units are equipped with an electromechanical locking device and also open without jamming if heavy pressure is applied to the door. Easy mounting on door frames makes STV 100 door locking devices ideal for upgrading as well.
Electromechanical door locking device (closed-circuit current principle) for attaching to the frame lintel. Connection to the SCU exclusively via four-wire DCW® bus. The STV 1xx door locking system opens without jamming and without delay. The maximum keep-closed force corresponds to EltVTR (German directive for electrical locking systems on escape route doors) and EN 13637 Class 3.
STV 200 door locking devices:
Immediately unlocks secured emergency exit doors upon release via an emergency button, in the event of an emergency release and for authorized users. The dormakaba STV 200 units are equipped with an electromagnetic locking device with three-dimensional adjustability and provide jam-free unlocking even under high pressure. Easy mounting on door frames makes STV 200 door locking devices ideal for upgrading as well.
Electromagnetic door locking device (closed-circuit current principle) for attaching to the frame lintel. Connection to the SCU exclusively via four-wire DCW® bus. The STV 2xx door locking system opens without jamming and without delay. The maximum keep-closed force corresponds to EltVTR (German directive for electrical locking systems on escape route doors) and EN 13637 Class 3.

Integral accessories | The light ring on the emergency button provides information with different light signal combinations about the current status of the door and possible events in the SafeRoute system, such as to do with authorized and unauthorized access and attempts at entry, and as visual support for operation and maintenance. |
Accessories | STV 100 door locking devices. Guidance for specification option: STV 100 door locking devices are installed on the frame, making them especially easy to upgrade (in the case of fire protection doors, please observe country-specific regulations on subsequent modifications). Thanks to an extensive range of accessories, they can also be installed on flush-closing doors and allow tolerance compensation. In addition, they are approved for installation on fire and smoke control doors. Thanks to the integrated monitoring functions, both the open status of the door, the locked status of the STV 100 and any attempts at tampering are detected and forwarded to the SafeRoute emergency exit control system. STV 200 door locking devices. Guidance for specification option: STV 200 door locking devices are connected to the SafeRoute emergency exit and escape route system as a locking element. Approved according to the EltVTR (German directive for electrical locking systems on escape route doors) and corresponds to the specifications of EN 13637. Thanks to the integrated monitoring functions, both the open status of the door, the locked status of the STV 200 and any attempts at tampering are detected and forwarded to the SafeRoute emergency exit control system. The magnet with gimbal bearing is adjustable in three dimensions and therefore provides maximum functional security. Modular extensions. Guidance for specification option: The range of functions in a SafeRoute system can be individually expanded with applications and further system components, such as for use as a multi-door switchboard and for connecting to the superordinate building control system. |
