System Overview

TerraSmart® Aluminium is a non-combustible aluminium decking system designed to be installed on waterproofed balconies, terraces, and roofs. A broad range of decking board and component combinations are available to achieve the desired finish, height build-up and performance standard.

The TerraSmart®Aluminium Decking System has four main component parts as standard:

Deck Board - Aluminium boards with rapid install speed via the indirect hidden fixing method, available in multiple profile strengths to suit various span requirements and optimise cost efficiency. Six standard RAL colours, and any RAL colour to special order. Stock lengths and bespoke lengths available.

ADB Aluminium Deck Boards - Indirect Fix.

Fixing clip - the patent-pending AluClip™ (patent no: GB2009927.1) fixes boards in place via clamp mechanism, allowing thermal expansion and contraction of boards. Enabling rapid install and minimum hassle with its unique side-hook design. Fixing method ensures a consistent 7mm gap between boards, helping promote efficient drainage across decking area, in line with the BS 8579:2020.

Aluminium Joist - The range of RYNO® DS aluminium decking joists are available in several different depths to provide maximum versatility - whether you are contending with extremely low door thresholds or have the depth of void to accommodate deeper joists with large spans to optimize install speed.
