Aluminium roller blind fascia system with 3- and 4-inch square profiles, designed for smooth operation and long-lasting performance.
Application
Suitable for use in window blind installations requiring roller blinds with 3-inch and 4-inch square fascias, in commercial and residential applications where durable and smooth operation is required.
Description
Roller blinds with fascias are manufactured as per the standard Louvolite System 40® - 55® and include the specially designed aluminium fascia, in white. The mild steel brackets are zinc plated and powder coated, suitable for top fixing.
Features and benefits:
- Specifically designed grooved aluminium tubing for roller system units
- Fabrics are formed and held into the tube with locking tape
- Side control units made from glass filled Nylon 6 with acetal sprocket and sprocket guard, including locking spring
- Operating chain size No. 10 in metal or plastic for reliable performance
- Spring plunger end mechanism for secure fit and smooth operation
- Side control unit fitted with centre plug ensuring smooth mechanism operation under extreme loads
- Ten year life cycle testing for long lasting performance
- Compliance with child safety elements of BS EN13120 with easybreak connectors or cord tidy
- Bottom bars available in teardrop (aluminium or PVC), circular, dual face Gemini aluminium bars
- System components manufactured using aluminium, treated steel and plastic for corrosion resistance
- Designed for smooth operation and rigidity to prolong working life.
