The Retractable ZIP Ladder is suitable for use as a fold-out loft ladder and can be installed to vertical walls.
Please Note: minimum aperture size of 650 x 900 mm is required for installation.
Description
Heavy-duty/commercial Retractable ZIP Ladder for providing ceiling and loft access.
The retractable ladder is high quality for commercial use, and fits heights of up to 3390 mm suitable for use as a fold out loft ladder and can be installed to vertical walls.
The Zip Ladder is supplied with two heavy-duty counter-balanced springs incorporated into pivot brackets; this means that the Ladder can be raised and lowered smoothly and with ease.
Please note: Requires a minimum aperture size of 650 x 900 mm.

- Each tread supports a load of 200 Kg/m².
- Telescopic handrail included.
- Manufactured from High Strength Die Cast Aluminium.
- Certified to EN14975.
- Fitted with counterbalance springs, which ensure the stairway can be raised and lowered with minimal effort by the operator.
- For ceiling heights up to 3390 mm.
- Mounted onto a 600 x 200 mm plywood headboard for easy installation (can be screwed to an appropriate surface).
Additional Extras include: Telescopic Handrail to both sides (requires a minimum aperture of 1000 mm). Wall mounted rungs.
