Ramdoor High Speed Roller Door - High-Speed Doorset

External fast roller door with crash-out facility, counterweight-assisted operation and high wind load resistance.

Technical:

• Door Blade Material ‘Ramhide’ – 3 mm-thick two-ply laminated PVC coated polyester monofilament with anti-static additive .
• Door blade colour standard colours: yellow, blue, red, grey & white.
• Top roller 219 diameter x 5 mm CHS steel tube terminating at each end with 40 mm diameter EN24 stub shafts running in self aligning bearing units.
• Back bar and top seal: a steel cross member bolted to the columns carries the top fixing brackets provides a fixing for the top seal and brush strip damper.
• Windbar Included - one heavy duty face or reverse sidemounted ‘windbar’ raised and lowered on webbings and comprising a 4” o/d powder coated aluminium tube fitted with heavy duty eight-wheel bi-planar end carriage assemblies and running in heavy-duty 3 mm rolled steel tracking fitted to the columns.
• Columns and side guides: 250 x 150 x 6 mm RHS steel columns with counterweight assisted opening. 200 mm-deep pressed steel blade guides (bolt-on construction for quick and easy replacement), with integral brush seals.
