PROSHOWER VERTICAL DRAIN KIT - Vertical Drain Kit

A central drain system with vertical outflow equipped with a grate support, stainless steel grate, butyl double-sided ring for the fixing of the waterproof section, waterproof section and a protection cap with template function too that allows the correct positioning of the butyl ring and the waterproof section.

The kit ensures a correct flow of rainwater. High resistance to impacts. Easy to install.

It is manufactured in polypropylene and it is composed by the following elements:

1. A central drain equipped with a 3 cm wide perimeter ­flange which guarantees the fixing of the the Profoil waterproof section using the butyl double-sided ring. The drain, with an external diameter of 75 mm, guarantees a discharge of 5.5 L/ second and has a total height of 141 mm. It has a central hole with a diameter of 90 mm which allows the positioning of the grate support. The central hole of the drain is provided with six grooves, 1 cm wide and 1 mm deep, that discharge the filtered water under the tile.
2. A grate support consisting of a corrugated pipe with an external diameter of 89 mm and an internal one of 83. It is 50 mm high and on top it has an housing for the grate. The corrugate pipe penetrates 10 mm into the central drain. It must be cut to the desired height according with the thickness of the tile.
3. A grate in stainless steel AISI 304 /1.4301 - V2A with a thickness of 5 mm and a size of 93 x 93 mm. It can be screwed to the grate support with 2 tapping screws.
4. A butyl double-sided adhesive ring with an external diameter of 150 mm and an internal one of 98 mm. It ensures the fixing of the Profoil waterproof section.
5. A polyethylene waterproof section, 50 x 50 cm, covered on both sides with a non-woven polypropylene fabric. In the center of the section there is a 98 mm hole. It guarantees the waterproof connection between the drain and the waterproofing system used.
6. A protection cap for the drain with template function, too. It guarantees the right laying of the butyl ring and the waterproof section.
