Promseal

Application

Reinforcing of friable floor screeds, dust-proofing concrete floors, dust-proofing blockwork and rendered walls, and reinforcement of lime/ sand mortars.

Description

A specially formulated acrylic resin, which can be applied to Castle Composites' promenade tiles and promenade slabs when laid.

The acrylic sealer is a single-pack product supplied in plastic containers ready for immediate site use. The latex is applied to the floor section, using a soft broom or squeegee. For large areas, the product may be applied by a spray method. The low viscosity of the acrylic sealer enables rapid absorption into the floor surface after application. In most applications, two coats are sufficient to reinforce the surface.

For very porous screeds, a third coat may be required. For very dense surfaces (such as granolithic or power-floated floors), the product should be diluted with one-to-one clean water.

Application:

Reinforcing of friable floor screeds, dust-proofing concrete floors, dust-proofing blockwork and rendered walls, and reinforcement of lime/ sand mortars.
