PPG SIGMACOVER 280
PPG SIGMACOVER 280 is a universal epoxy anticorrosive primer, based upon pure epoxy technology
Structural steel framing. Suitable as floor coating for light traffic with dry to walk on time of six hours at 20°C (68°F).
Two component polyamide cured epoxy primer.
- General purpose epoxy primer in protective coating systems for steel and non ferrous metals.
- Good adhesion to steel, galvanized steel and non ferrous metals.
- Good water and corrosion resistance.
- Suitable for touching up of weld seams and damages to epoxy coatings during construction.
- Can be overcoated with most alkyd, chlorinated rubber, vinyl, epoxy and two component polyurethane coatings.
- Suitable on wet blast cleaned substrates and compatible with well designed cathodic protection systems.
- Compatible with various aged coatings.
