Postformed Single Doorset

Post-formed doorsets are designed for applications where hygiene and clean-ability are key factors. Regularly specified for use in demanding environments such as Research Labs, Operating Theatres and Hospital Circulation Routes; they provide a much tougher and longer lasting solution than laminates and veneers.

For High Traffic door-ways (Cross Corridors, Ward Entrances and Theatres) we recommend Vanta Form with fully encapsulated frame. These door-sets are highly durable and hygienic and require low maintenance. Available in both FD30 and FD60 they can be made in a wide range of colours with contrasting colours for doors/frames also available.

When operating in Medium Traffic door-ways such as Staff rooms, Clinical cupboards and Offices, we recommend Vanta Doors with flush post formed edges. This door-set offers a robust and hard wearing solution with increased hygiene and durability. These particular door-sets can be combined with a pre-finished hardwood, paint grade or postform frame. Available in FD30/FD60.

When Low traffic door-ways are in operation in locations such as Electrical cupboards, Stores and Maintenance areas, Vanta Doors with Laminate facing and Exposed Hardwood edges is recommended. These door-sets offer a robust, hard-wearing solution at a reduced cost. Vanta Doors can be supplied with a pre-finished hardwood, paint grade or postformed frame. Available in FD30/FD60.

For a Low Impact door-way such as Office areas,Cupboards and Staff areas, Vanta Doors with Veneer facing are recommended. These door-sets are available in a wide variety of veneer timber species and are factory finished with clear lacquer. The doors can be combined with pre-finished hardwood, paint grade or postformed frames. Available in FD30/FD60.

As part of the 'Silver Tree' Q-Mark scheme door-sets must be supplied with the respective Ironmongery and recessed hardware: Locks, Flush bolts, Handles, etc. Which are all factory mortised ready for site installation.
