Polysafe Modena PUR

Polysafe Modena PUR is a safety flooring range featuring clear micro grantie designs with built-in slip resistance. The product features Polysafe PUR; a high quality, cross-linked polyurethane reinforcement, UV cured to provide superior cleaning benefits, optimum appearance retention and life cycle cost savings when compared to untreated safety floors. Polysafe Modena PUR incorporates aluminium oxide particles in the wear layer which form part of the decoration and look virtually invisible yet provide sustainable wet slip resistance for the guaranteed life of the product.

The product is designed for commercial or residential use, whether in high visibility public areas at the front of house or in typical safety areas at the back of house where there are risks of contaminant spillages. The floor covering conforms to a wide range of international standards including the European Norm for Safety Flooring BS EN 13845 and is fully conversant with Health and Safety Executive and UK Slip Group Guidelines, achieving a low slip potential classification. A result of 36+ is achieved on the RRL Pendulum Wet Test using Four-S/Slider 96 rubber with a surface roughness of 20 microns +. Modena meets the 50 000 cycles abrasion test to EN 13845, meaning the product provides sustainable slip resistance. The product is resistant to dilute acids and alkalis and is classified as anti-static in accordance with BS EN 1815.

It achieves a BRE Global Environmental Generic A+ Rating in major use areas such as education and healthcare and is also 100% recyclable. Available in 14 colourways.

The product is also 100% recyclable and contains recycled material.

Acoustifoam:

A closed cell vinyl foam backing sheet designed to provide an alternative solution to impact sound reduction requirements. It can be combined with Polysafe Ecomax vinyl sheet flooring. It is not recommended for use with tile or rubber products.
